Email Mobile Number

Users text in and their messages are forwarded to an email address.

This campaign is a restricted subset of the text to screen campaign. The campaign requires a dedicated number (either a shortcode or a full mobile number). It cannot be used on a shared shortcode, and it cannot be used with keywords.

Email Mobile Number Example:

A local authority assigns a mobile number to the inbox of their Environmental Health Department; community residents text in when they see illegal fly tipping, giving the location of the dumped rubbish. The department replies to the text from their email account.
