TERMINATED (MT) BILLED MESSAGING. This means the end-user is billed
for receiving a message from the shortcode.

Please note:
- Monthly volume figures are given excluding VAT.
- All accounts must accrue £10 in revenue in one calendar
month to be eligible for payout. If this is not reached your
revenue is rolled over to the next month.
- Payments are made by cheque 30 days from receipt of the customer
invoice for the revenue share amount. This can be up to 60 days
from the end of the month the revenue was generated in.
